
About the Role
Scope of the position
Technical support of all IT infrastructure of 2 Hotels
Main responsibilities
Installation, configuration and administration of HP server hardware, Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2022 operating systems;
Installation and administration of application servers and databases of Hotel systems, in particular Fidelio, Symphony, Materials control;
Installation, configuration and administration of Cisco network equipment;
Installation, configuration and administration of network printers and MFPs;
Administration of Arcserve backup system;
Administration of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10/11 user PCs;
Software installation and setup, configuration of OS parameters, information security, anti-virus protection, diagnostics and troubleshooting of specialized software, installation of software updates, patches for OS and standard software;
Advising hotel users on the operation of the operating system and standard software;
Technical support for hotel guests - Wi-Fi, TV, telephones.
Skills requirement
Bachelor Degree;
3-4 years’ experience in a similar position in Hospitality industry (strictly), in 4* or 5* properties
Proven experience in IT field and good knowledge of IT infrastructure;
English and Russian languages – fluent.

Official employment contract
Salary - 1700 net per month (payment in EURO)

Housing allowance - 700 Euro net per month

Medical support during the whole stay on Seychelles Islands
