About the Role

As a Butler, you will act as the dedicated host and primary point of contact throughout the guest journey — curating bespoke experiences, anticipating preferences, and ensuring every aspect of the stay is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised butler service tailored to each guest's preferences and lifestyle.
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience.
Coordinate guest requests efficiently with all operational departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Wellness, and Experiences.
Anticipate guest needs proactively and create thoughtful, memorable moments throughout the stay.
Arrange bespoke experiences, dining reservations, celebrations, and special requests.
Maintain detailed guest preference records to support personalised service delivery.
Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Russian and English is essential.
Previous experience in butler service, luxury hospitality, private villas, or high-end guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and polished presence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Natural ability to build rapport and create meaningful guest connections.
Highly discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong problem-solving ability.
