This role will work closely with all departments to ensure seamless service, manage daily front office functions, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Competencies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office leadership role within the hotel industry, preferably with a 5-star or ultra-luxury brand.
• Experience in butler operations, guest relations, excursions, and front office within a luxury resort environment.
• Support the front office manager in overseeing daily front office operations and service delivery.
• Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop the front office team.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards, including LQA / Forbes standards.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Positive, professional personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a remote island or Maldives environment.
