The Guest Relations Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring members' satisfaction and comfort throughout their time in SVN. Their responsibilities revolve around providing personalized assistance and this includes warmly welcoming members upon arrival, facilitating smooth processes, and offering guidance on SVN facilities and services. Additionally, they coordinate reservations for fitness classes, wellness treatments, and dining experiences, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination with the rest of SVN departments. Furthermore, Guest Relations Agents serve as ambassadors of the SVN brand, embodying its values of exclusivity, hospitality, and exceptional service at every interaction.
Job Description:
Ensures the delivery of brand promise and always provides exceptional guest service.
Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved.
Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
Frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best experience during their visits at SVN
Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in the database and updated.
Demonstrate a willingness to “go the extra mile” to exceed guests’ expectations.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in luxury hotels
Loves interacting with guests
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (Arabic language will be an advantage)
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace
